Hardy, Stephen
Dr Stephen Hardy was for 13 years a law academic (latterly of the University of Manchester), researching into the European, commercial and employment law. As a result he is a respected scholar and author of numerous books and articles in the fields of employment/discrimination and European law. He now practises at the Bar. Formerly he has worked at the EU Commission and the European Parliament, as well as special advisor to the UK Government (DTI).
Haynes, Alison

Jackson, Grahame
Grahame Jackson is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales and Gibraltar. He is also an ADIT accredited Partner at Hassans, a Gibraltar-based law firm, and a specialist in both domestic and international tax. His work covers all matters related to assets across Europe and the globe. Grahame began work on automatic exchange of information during the implementation of FATCA and led the teams which implemented CRS and DAC6 in Hassans. He has trained multiple fiduciary companies on DAC6, CRS and FATCA, spoken on DAC6 on many occasions to various professional bodies and advises more generally on cross border related matters.
James, Malcolm
Malcolm James is the Head of Department of the Accounting, Economics and Finance Department at Cardiff Metropolitan University and has lectured widely on the subject of taxation on both professional and undergraduate courses. He has also lectured for the Chartered Institute of Taxation and written a number of articles for their journal Tax Adviser and is the Chief Examiner for taxation by the Institute of Financial Services. Before becoming a lecturer he worked for several large firms of accountants and also in industry.
