Dr Stephen Hardy is currently co-editor of Sweet & Maxwell’s ‘Doing Business in Europe’ (with Wyn Derbyshire) and General Editor of Sweet & Maxwell’s ‘Employment Encyclopaedia’, as well as widely published on employment-related matters.

Dr Wyn Derbyshire has written numerous articles and commented in the media on various pensions issues. He is also co-editor of Sweet & Maxwell’s ‘Doing Business in Europe’ with Stephen Hardy, as well as being legal consultant to Gee’s “The Pensions Factbook”.

David Wicks entered the financial services industry in 1971, and has held a variety of Marketing, Technical and Developmental roles with life assurance companies, including Marketing Director at NM Financial Management (formerly Schroder Financial Management). As Managing Director of Finance Industry Training Limited (FIT), he provides various consultancy services to Insurance Companies, IFAs and other institutions in the financial world.
